Don’t believe the delivery times
It’s been two months still not arrival they said they would investigate if it was any longer and when it still didn’t arrive they said another 1-2 weeks I have given up waiting and just bought another dog bed

This dog bed isn’t worth even half the price I paid for it. What a waste of money. The bed filling slides back and forth and doesn’t even fill the full bottom of the bed. You can get a much better bed at Petco, PetSmart, or other pet store for that price or cheaper. Do not waste your money!!!!

When it became clear 9 days before the…
When it became clear 9 days before the "latest delivery date" you had projected, that we would not receive the delivery prior to our move, we tried on several occasions to cancel the order. Each time we were told that the order was en route. 10 days after our move, an old neighbor retrieved the delivery from the porch of our house and returned it through Canada Post. This was all avoidable if you had cancelled the order when first requested. I am still awaiting a full refund!

It took forever to receive your…
It took forever to receive your package, which arrived in pieces. How it got here, I cannot imagine. The item was wrapped in tape with my name and address taped to it. However it was intact.

Disappointed with this dog bed
Disappointed with this dog bed. Material synthetic and v poor quality. Also on the website it looks bigger. I waited several weeks for this to arrive - ansolute rip off for 50 e I bought a similar on for 16e. Do not recommend
