Poor communication, late delivery, bed is of average quality at best. The filling has compressed within a week of use. Definitely not enough filling the base is just two layers of fabric now. Does my doggo use it? Yes Do I think I got good value? No Would I buy again? No Are the prices click bait, yes, unless you have a toy sized pet. I think a better bed for the same or similar $ can be found Marty

I only received half of my order. After several attempts to let them know and to date the issue has not been rectified. The order was placed in Dec 2021 it is now May 2022. I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I will never order from them again.

How does this Company immediately bill you through Paypal without any confirmation page. Also it appears they don't list Paypal as a payment option in their Return Policy information. Refunds are not offered on any "Sale Item "either so if for any reason you wish to Return a Product it's a No Go situation. I have been bombarded with more Offers after placing an Order which didn't arrive when stipulated and no where was it stated the Product came from China. Had I known that I would not have made the purchase as there are so many scams from there leaving you without what you purchased and for those unfortunate enough to actually receive their Order find that the item was misrepresented bearing no resemblance to the offered item. I'll be making a Claim for a Refund. Update for everyone: Paypal Refunded in Full after Mr Fluffy friend made numerous Refund Offers which were unacceptable .

Still not received order over month later 3 emails sent requesting conformation on order nothing to date checked out multiple other sites and found very very poor remarks. And orders never being received do not waste your time or money with this business also the tracking app do not function hopefully mr fluffy and co may read this and provide a response

I rated the service a one Star ⭐️ and nothing else to this point, due to the fact I have not received the product as yet, when & if I do receive the product I may change my rating, but until then, I won’t be changing my mind.. Regards Mr MV
