After reading other reviews, feel fortunate that the 2-beds ordered were actually delivered, $146.30 (it took a long time). SADLY, the beds don’t look anything like the beds in the Mrfluffyfriend.com advertisement; VERY DECEIVING! The beds we received look like they have flats, ZERO FLUFF, NADA!! Ironic since “Fluffy” is in the company name🤣😵‍💫 -DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- -PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH ADVERTISEMENT-

You are still blaming Covid-19 for delays in shipping. Alright, you said it would be a 7-12 day delay. When it had been 3 weeks I inquired about the delay and got the same canned 7-12 day delay message. It took over a month to receive the dog bed we had ordered. When it arrived it had been jammed into a small bag and taped with shipping tape as if it had been a used dog bed someone else had returned. I didn't imagine the "therapeutic" dog bed we'd ordered could possibly fit into such a small package. I was wrong. There is NO WAY this dog bed is therapeutic. It will in NO WAY benefit out 16 year old dog. But we are not returning the POS. It will end up being sent to some other unsuspecting customer. Bottom line? We will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. We hope others will heed this warning and give their business elsewhere. The $70+ dollars we spent was not money well spent. Don't make the mistake we did.

We cancelled our order for the XXL bed almost immediately after ordering by emailing the company on the only email address on their contact email. We followed up with several emails asking for a confirmation of our cancellation email. We have received no reply whatsoever, other than emails promoting other products. We emailed once again stating that we were instituting a chargeback for the $84 cost. Still no reply. Last Wednesday May 11, we received the cancelled product and today emailed the company for a return authorization. Customer service has been absolutely abysmal.

Vorsicht ! Anbieter absolut unseriös! Seit dem 27.4.22 „hängt“ die bestellte Ware irgendwo fest. Verkäufer ist weder per Email noch telefonisch zu erreichen-Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich. Da der Kaufpreis über Kreditkarte bezahlt wurde, werde ich versuchen, das Geld über die Kreditkartenfirma zurückzufordern.

I ordered a dog bed in April and still no delivery of item. I have emailed a few times with a fob off response; excuses from them saying it’s on its way…they forward a fake timeline. It’s a CON!! Do not order from this fake deceitful scam. They are taking peoples money and not delivering the items. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. There are signs that they are not legit. Check the website and you can’t locate an address. Only one way to contact them via a controlled contact form! The cheek of them sending me a ‘trustpilot’ form to fill in about them and when you go onto it, it doesn’t exist!! NOT A RED FLAG BUT A RED BANNER! STAY AWAY…

Rubbish service and I will not be using your company again. You took the money 2.5 weeks before the product finally arrived. I had to prompt you twice to get it. Your customer service is quick to blame circumstances and slow to apologise. What a shame.
