My dog likes the bed But.....
My dog likes the bed. My issue is that it is not as represented on line. The bed is not very full of stuffing and is quite flat. On line it is full and firmer looking. It doesn't give the support that is advertised.

Slow Delivery
The delivery of product was slow & I did have to communicate with the company, about when I was going to receive the Mr. Fluffy dog bed. They did always respond back quickly. After emailing three times about my purchase. I finally received the product. My dog loves his new bed! Thank you!

Software and Cosy
I wanted to send a photo to show how my cat has settled straight in to her new bed!! It is lovely and soft, warm and cosy!! It took a while tovget here but that is due to the time parcels take to get through Spanish Customs. Would recommend this ítem.

No Washing Instructions! Loved the dog bed.
2/10/23 I bought this dog bed for my sons pet. He liked it and his dog loves it! But one problem I did not receive “Washing Instructions” inside the bag so I had to spend valuable TIME researching how to properly wash this dog bed! It would have been easier and kinder if people can receive washing instructions inside their packages when the beds arrive! Thank you so much!

UPDATED REVIEW ; Bought a medium dog bed initially
Bought a medium dog bed initially, but a little small so kept and ordered a size large for main dog bed. In both cases of ordering they take 3 + weeks, so if you are in more hurry do not order. Secondly, nice product for softness and my 25 pound dog loves to snuggle down in it ! One minor issue is that he chewed into one side of his bed and pulled out the stuffing ! I noticed that walls of bed are fairly thin, frail. So - if your dog will chew curiously - not a good idea on these UPDATED: In response to my review above the customer service for MrFluffyFriend reached out immediately with genuine concern for my less than positive experience, offering generous compensation for this and wanting honest feedback to help their company provide better service to customers. Not only did I appreciate the professionalism but also the authentic concern and desire to do better with their products and business. Although I did not accept their gift compensation I felt it was most certainly deserving of upgrading their review, and, giving them justice due for excellent customer service outreach. I would recommend this company for outstanding customer service.

Beethoven’s New Bed
Took my Havanese a while to get used to extra long fibers, didn’t want to stay in initially. It is one of several around the hs and he will sleep in it overnight now

The product is soft
The product is soft. Only problem is not large enough for my 68 lb dog. Fortunately my cat loves it and for him it is the perfect size. Either way , it is a beautifully made product
