DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!! I spent £110 on a dog bed and within 33 days, the zip broke!!!! I reached out for help as I’m unable to now use the bed and was told they will not help because it’s over 30 days! The products are cheap and not durable!!! They’re marketed as such to mark up costs and scam people! So disappointed and frustrated that I fell for it. Edit 01/10 - your customer service team are in contact to tell me they won’t help? So I’m not sure what the point of the response was. The zip is cheap and has broken the SECOND time I’ve tried to use it…. SCAM!

Ser efter ett par timmar att det blivit två hundbäddar beställda inte en, försöker avbeställa den ena men det är inte möjligt.. måste kvittera ut båda , läser retur policy att godtar inte dem paketet o innehållet som är oöppnad får jag inte pengar tillbaks. Kört redan där ser jag lika bra att behålla. Ett företag jag aldrig mer kommer att handla hos.

Have purchased from them before with no problems, but this time just awful-product faults due to the awful way they ship the products and an awful customer service attitude

Really no stars. A new rescue dog was arriving in 3 days with no bed or other supplies. The website looked good and there was ample promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed and easy return policy. When placing the order, there was no shipping detail except that shipping and tax were free. I went ahead and placed the order, late on a Sunday night and got immediate confirmation of the order. At this point they provided delivery info of 10-14 days which did not meet the needs of the rescue dog. I immediately went back to the website and went to their contact info. I sent an email explaining my situation and requested that they cancel the order. I got an almost instant email back saying they had issued a shipping number already(within minutes) and could not reimburse But assured me I could return it or donate it. I did not see any recourse at that time so waited the two weeks and it did arrive. By then, I already had the dog and a bed so did not want this $135 bed. It came by usps from an address near Las Vegas but Mr Fluffy Friends customer Service per said I had to mail it to an address in China and the cost was $99. In my next email I complained and they offered me 15% refund if I kept it. I explained I could not afford another bed and wanted to mail it to the address on the packaging. They said that no refund could be issued if I sent it there and it had to be mailed to China. But they increased the refund amount to 40% if I kept it. My credit card company ultimately could not cancel the payment because I finally received the package. And Mr Fluffy Friend has not sent me the 40% refund. This company has very dishonest presentation of easy returns and 100% satisfaction guarantee. It’s not reasonable to expect returns must be mailed to China.

I've just emailed customer services again. In the email I said I'd wished I'd read the reviews from other buyers, on Trustpilot, BEFORE I had paid £59.00 for a bed of poor flimsy quality from mrfluffyfriend. Needless to say, I want a full refund. YOUR WEBSITE STATES, "AND WITH OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BY GIVING IT A TRY". My dog hasn't been near this bed. He won't go near this bed, as it's upstairs out of his way. The bed offers very little support, it is a poor quality and I don't think it looks anything like the photos that we see on the web site. It is certainly NOT worth £59.00. I can vacuum pack it back up. AND again my dog hasn't been near it. And he's not going to I promise you. I also attached 2 photos of a MUCH BETTER QUALITY ANXIETY bed from B&M FOR £18.00, YES £18.00 Before this so called bed arrived I'd contacted customer services twice and I had had a reply from them within hours. I sent 2 emails, 1 yesterday and 1 today and I haven't had a reply. I have emailed them 3 times now. 18.09.25 Is this company legitimate? I'm going to call Trading standards. Will someone reply to my email with an address I can send this bed back to please for a full refund? I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a bed for their dog from this company. Have a look at Petface or B&M first. Thank you A. Major P.S. I'VE JUST REALISED, THE PHOTOS THAT I'VE TAKEN FROM B&M OF THEIR ANXIETY £18.00 BED HAVE NOT BEEN ATTACHED ON THIS REVEIW BUT I HAVE SENT THEM TO MRFLUFFYFRIEND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sunday 21st September 2025 at 08.40am Fluffyfriends customer service were in touch with me yesterday. They say I can return the bed to China at my cost, for a full refund. I'm not sure how much the tracked postage will be. I'll enquire tomorrow. OR I can have a partial refund of 15% ( £8.90 ) approx and I can keep the bed. The bed would have cost me £50.10 then. I apologise for adding names to my review. I have removed them now. Preston.
