The doggie beds arrived in very secure packaging. We opened for our two Labs the large beds. We also ordered one for our grand puppy, who is a mix, a small puppy. None of them were interested in the beds! Not sure why. Maybe they are too used to & comfy in their older beds? We think they didn't like the filling in each. When they walked on them I think the lumps & bumps made them curious as why not solid under their feet!

I bought two beds nearly two months ago and I still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails to both the company and the delivery company without any solution. I have also asked for a refund which hasn't been done. Update: I have since had a full refund and the customer service was excellent. The real problem was with the delivery company

Pakket gekregen Wil retour sturen Dat kan, 21 euro!!! Let op ze hebben een nl e mail adres. Maar retour moet naar China!!!! Ze reageren wel snel. Ik ben akkoord gegaan met een korting van 30%. Ook dit is snel afgehandeld.

-EDITADO TRAS SOLUCIÓN DEL COMERCIO- En agosto compré 2 camas para mi perrita chihuahua, las cuales tardaron casi un mes en llegar. Estuvo usando una de ellas y se abrió la costura por completo. Después de varios días cruzando mensajes con el comercio, no se hacía responsable habiendo pasado 30 días desde el pedido, no reconocía que pudiera ser un fallo de fabricación y consideraba que era normal que la cama no durara ni 4 meses por el desgaste normal con un perro que pesa menos de 3 kilos. Tras la frustración lógica por no obtener la respuesta esperada por parte de una marca que promete gran calidad en sus productos en relación con su precio, realicé una reclamación ante el Centro Europeo de Consumidor en España y puse esta valoración sobre mi experiencia. Para mi sorpresa, recibí contestación tanto por este medio como a mi correo personal: otra persona del equipo de gestión revisó el caso y en menos de 10 días tengo una nueva cama de remplazo para sustituir la dañada. Agradecido por este cambio de actitud del comercio, pero es una pena que se tenga que llegar a estos términos para poder alcanzar la solución que me debían haber proporcionado ellos desde el principio que comuniqué el problema. Subo las estrellas y espero que cambien su atención al cliente post-venta para que nadie pueda volver a sufrir una situación similar.

Bei der Bestellung ploppen plötzlich Angebote auf und ich dachte es sei noch wegen der Bestellung - unbewusst ein zweites Bett dazubestellt. Sofort den Support kontaktiert und das fälschlicherweise bestellte Bett wurde wieder rausgenommen und das Geld erstattet. ABER: Zwei Tage später habe ich die komplette Bestellung per E-Mail storniert. Keine Reaktion des Händlers, kein Feedback, nichts. Nach weiteren 3 Mails meinerseits (auch an die Hauptgeschäftsstelle in den USA!) - keine Rückmeldung. Stattdessen erhalte ich eine Versandbestätigung aus China! Also via PayPal einen Fall aufgemacht. So geht das nicht! Die Ware wurde storniert BEVOR diese verpackt und versansandfertig gemacht wurde! Nachtrag 1: Nach wie vor: Ich habe bis heute noch immer keine rückmeldung zum Storno erhalten! Die Ware war zum Zeitpunkt des Stornos noch nicht vom transportunternehmen abgeholt, hätte also ohne Probleme beim Versender verbleiben können. Wie auch immer: Keine Antwort auf eine Storno-Anfrage/ einen gesetzlich zugesicherten Widerruf zu geben ist NICHT IN ORDNUNG! Nachtrag 2 (13.01.2026): Nach über einer Woche noch immer keine Bestätigung des Stornos - weder vom Vertrieb in Deutschland, noch vom Stammsitz. :-( Nachtrag 3 (22.01.2026): Keine Reaktion auf vor zwei Wochen erfolgten, schriftlichen Widerruf! Ware geliefert. Qualität absolut top! Mein Hund liebt das Teil! ABER... Rücksendung muss nach China erfolgen (> 50,- Euro!!!) VORSICHT: Dropshipping !!!

My 18# dog had small MrFluffy Friend that I thought she was out growing after 3 months. I Just replaced it with a larger Mr Fluffy bed. Unfortunately my Dog rapidly "ripped up the new one,"on the first day of use- making the Zipper and bed completely un-functional. I hadn't realized the larger bed was so much different on the day that I took out the "Fluffed new bed. "Cannot use this now. The X Small one we ordered months ago (without a zipper) must be stronger and is still in tact.

I have purchased 4 beds. Disappointed in the most recent one- not Fluffy at all - cheapened product..though smart to be able to remove the cover.
