Another fed-up customer with MrFluffyFriend
I am another customer who paid for an 'uncool' cooling mat, which was really just a piece of fabric, and attempted to return it via Royal Mail to MrFluffyFriend in Germany. Out of pocket for both the cooling mat and the return postage. It has finally been returned to me undelivered. Absolutely disgusted with this company and advise others NOT to order from them. They are very good at replying to this review with apologies, but still no money back from them!

It is not designed to feel ice-cold to the touch, as it works by dissipating your pet’s body heat rather than using ice or gel. The worst thing I've ever ordered in my…
The worst thing I've ever ordered in my life piece of crap waited forever and then comes pieces of poop. Maybe I'll give it one more day see if there's a miracle but there's three slots and 3 pillows one one big one is not at all what I expected , I hope tomorrow the piece of crap bed awakens... I'm soo sad

The calming cushion is shipped vacuum-packed and does require proper assembly and fluffing to regain its intended shape and comfort. Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Cheaply made, definately not an orthopedic bed. The padding inside is very thin in spots, lumpy in other spots. Very disappointed, I would send it back but I understand it costs quite a bit to return it. I have two Sheppards and neither dog has slept on it. There are much better beds from other company's, This bed is really a mess!

Unhappy with hidden return costs—lost nearly 1/3 of my refund
I bought this bed for $69.99, but unfortunately, my dog didn't like it. When I reached out to customer service to request a return, I was told I had to cover the return shipping costs myself. Taking it to the post office cost over $20. Forcing customers to pay for their own return shipping on a product that doesn't work out means I am losing nearly 30% of my total refund just to send it back. I am very unhappy with this policy and would warn others to be cautious before ordering.

I bought a bed for my dog for 90.00
I bought a bed for my dog for 90.00. It is made cheaply. It was medium size. The baffles inside are with a thin covering with a lot of pieces of foam inside. There are 4 sections which I do not understand. Why wasn't there just one baffle? I am trying to send it back. I had to five one star because of the system but otherwise I would given a "0".

Terrible customer service and very…
Terrible customer service and very difficult returns, not worth trying. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a return and even though I have followed the return procedures and paid £9 for the return, I receive the same repetitive response, your return has not been received. When asked for the complaints procedure (twice) I have been ignored. Do not use this company

Nie polecam zamówiłam za małą mate chciałam anulować zamówienie pisząc tego samego dnia nikt nie odpowiada na maile mata przyszła miniaturkowa ja potrzebowalam XL pisałam kolejne maile i znów nikt nie odpowiada cena maty XS 270 zł zwrot do Niemiec 120 to jakaś paranoja nie można się z nimi skontaktować a nawet jak odeślę podnosząc kolejne mega koszty to nie wiem czy w ogóle dojdzie do zwrotu skoro nie ma z nimi kontaktu gdyby czytali maile nie wysłali by maty lub zmienili zamówienie nie polecam nie zamawiajcie!!!
