I was so disappointed in the product. I have a 40lb dog and should have order a larger bed. The return policy said that it would need to be returned in the original package that it was sent to me. Basically, it was squished inside a small bag that had to be ripped to open. Our animal welfare league was the beneficiary of my stupid mistake. READ THE REFUND POLICY!

Don't buy from this company SHAM big time. 2 months and I have no communication about my non-product (mostly by me). They don't return e-mails, they said there was no movement of my package and I have requested a refund. They were quick to deposit my money and I still have no dog bed and I DON'T WANT IT NOW!!!!! I have given ample of opportunity for them to reply and NOTHING. I was also charged a .99 cent fee that I was not advised of. This is the WORST company yet!.

Ich habe am 24.4. bei Mrfluffyfriend.de ein Hundebett bestellt.Wie gewohnt kam eine Bestell-Bestätigung, dann die Info, dass sich die Auslieferung wg. Covid verzögert und 7-12 Tage dauert. Als sich nichts tat habe ich versucht über die Tracking mail zu erfahren wo mein Paket ist. Ging nix, dann habe ich versucht die Firma anzuschreiben. Domain nicht bekannt. Dann habe ich endlich mal diese Bewertungen gelesen und sofort versucht meine Kreditkartenzahlung zu stoppen und vorsichtshalber direkt ne neue Karte beantragt. Der Betrag kann erst nach 60 Tagen zurückgebucht werden. Nun lag heute, am 18.5. ohne vorherige Ankündigung ein kleines Plastikknäuel an meinem DHL Ablageort. Keine Ahnung wie daraus der bestellte Kissen hervorgehen soll, außer es wäre aufblasbar. Was mache ich nun damit, auspacken werde ich es auf keine Fall. Hat jemand einen brauchbaren Tipp.

Like so many others on here, I wish I had read the reviews first. Very slow delivery, nearly 1 month, and the bed is not anything like the light grey as expected, more a cold-looking, slightly off white. It's not as if the quality is up to much either; very lumpy even after puffing up from its tiny vacuum-packed package. A waste of time and money.

I placed an order for 3 beds on April 13, 2022. I received two of them. On May 8th I contacted them asking about the last item and they replied for me to look at the attached link for status, and that once it is picked up, it is our of their control. On May 18th, I checked the link again, and "THE LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM", this was on April 21st. So, today is May 18th. I have again asked for status and if it has not shipped already, a refund.

allso ich werde dort nicht mehr kaufen , keine korospndens ,nur mit androhung wurde in englisch eine nachricht geschrieben das die ware unterwegs sei . mann ereicht diese fa . überhaupt nicht . nachlanger zeit kamm die ware , Ich kann nich sagen das sie minderwertig ist ( bin kein gutachter ) aber eins weis ich , ich werde dort nie wieder kaufen . es soll orginal verpackung sein oky wie soll dieses möglich sein es ist unter vakum gepresst in einer tüte Hände weg absulut scheis....

After over three weeks....finally delivered!!!! Opened and they sent me white, which is NOT the color I ordered. Doesn't look anything like the picture, very thin, wish I had read thr reviews before I made the purchase

Never received the pet bed. Going to take a month to dispute with paypal.
