Total waste of money. We ordered the biggest size XXL one for our Golden Retriever. It took a month to arrive, was a revolting lime green which was the wrong colour and was air sealed into a tiny package the size of a shopping bag. This is a great indication as to how much padding it contains - barely any. The contents of the bed contain what feels like lumpy bits of ripped up synthetic pillow with gaps in it that you can feel the floor through. Our dog is 12 years old with arthritis and hip issues. It is slippery with barely any padding and dangerous for an older dog to sleep on. I highly recommend you do not waste your money, the pictures and claims are false advertising and a scam.

It took six weeks for my order to arrive from China, ordered 14th April and it arrived 27th May, 7-12 days delivery was originally advised! Extremely slow, had given up it would ever come. Unfortunately it was not worth the wait. Nothing like the thick luxurious bed in the photos, it is super thin and cheap. Not worth €46 paid for medium size. Don’t waste your money. Cheap tat.

I recently returned the low quality over priced items I received from this company. They told me to return it to China but I sent it to the address here in the US that had shipped it to me. I sent proof that the package was delivered and signed for and they said they would not return my money since I didn’t send the package to China, AND they couldn’t be responsible for packages that are lost. Lost…even though it was signed for??? If you order anything from this company, you are going to be buying junk, nothing like the fluffy picture on the website. And you can see from the information above that their satisfaction guarantee is worthless. Any positive reviews on the website have to be fake.

This is one of the worst products I have ever bought! Should have read these reviews before I bought it. I have been trying to return the bed but the company is playing games and now wants it returned to China from Canada by registered mail. The bed quality is terrible and the colour is not as advertised. I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the transaction.

I contacted the company about returns. I was offered a 15% discount to keep it...I have emailed 3 times, never received a response, never received a refund.

I received the XXL dog bed on 5/25, 30 days after ordering it. A horrible product, Flimsy doesn’t even begin to describe this dog bed. FYI—I got my credit card company to get involved with a dispute. They reversed the $84 charge until this matter was resolved. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a memory foam bed to go underneath this bed. Very disappointing.

I am being inundated with email offers from this company since offering our dog bed. Unfortunately they not so frequent at answering mail. My dog bed has not arrived and the tracking number provided has not been recognised. I am so ashamed that I didn’t look at the Trust Pilot reviews before placing an order.

Ordered from mrfluffyfriend several weeks ago. The dog bed was £68 and I have not recieved the item which is now well overdue. I have emailed several times but to no avail and certainly have had NO response for the company. The tracking number issued is useless, as the tracking company does not recognise the number. I think I have been buying from a scam company, and having read the reviews, I am more convinced this company is very dubious. Please do not buy from these people. There is a huge chance of not recieving the product. no refund and no communication. The company needs to be reported and taken down. - disgusting behaviour.
