Never received it, refused to give me a refund. Total scam

They are very small in size. My dogs do not like the beds at all. When the dog went into the bed it tilted and the dog won’t go back. The bed doesn’t lay flat at all. Disappointed with customer service. Gave me a lot of babble to return. Both beds were donated. I will not ever purchase from here again.

All the reviews about waiting and “supply issues” are true. They finally admit your item is shipping from China only when you complain enough. The beds are obviously of lower quality than advertised as well.

Update: The product was finally delivered yesterday, 55 days after ordering. According to the tracking number provided, this included 43 days ‘in transit’ during which it was classified as being ‘Exported’ 8 separate times. A review of the product is probably irrelevant at this stage as it could never be worth such a long wait, but for what it’s worth, my dogs seem to like it. Original post: Waiting a month and a half for my order now. Tried to cancel several times. Response has been “just wait a few more days”. Tracking app seems to be fake- my package only appeared on it after my first attempt to cancel the order. Since then it has shown a comical series of movements that has seen ‘exported’ from the same location within China THREE times. I am currently trying to get my money back through PayPal and hopefully they will blacklist this company. I imagine most people just give up after a couple of months and they get to keep your money. It at least one person reads this and doesn’t place an order then that will be some consolation.

Vorsicht vor diesem Unternehmen ! Keine Lieferung- keine Kommunikation! Am liebsten kein Stern. Wir hatten eine Bestellung storniert. Es kam keine Bestätigung statt dessen eine Zahlungsaufforderung von Klarna. Mit denen funktioniert die Kommunikation das Problem wird wahrscheinlich geklärt. Auf Trustpilot wurde eine gefälschte positiv fünf Sterne Bewertung im Namen meiner Frau gepostet.

Dieser Shop ist reiner Betrug - NICHT hier kaufen !! Ich habe Mitte April 2022 hier das Anti-Angst-Haustierbett bestellt. Für einen großen Hund. - Die Webseite .de gaukelt vor, dass es sich um einen deutschen Händler handelt - FALSCH: es ist ein holländischer Shop - Man lese tunlichst das Impressum und die AGB, bevor man hier bestellt und wird sich wundern, was alles NICHT geht und um welche europäischen Kundenrechte man hier betrogen wird ... - Das Paket kam und ich habe es unwissentlich angenommen, obwohl ich die Annahme verweigern wollte... - Auf dem Paket steht eine Handy-Nummer und eine Retoure-Adresse. Beides existiert nicht. - STORNO-Verlangen oder ein Widerruf wird ignoriert bzw. abgeblockt. - Man kann den Händler einzig per e-Mail erreichen und ist somit komplett auf seine Antwort-Willigkeit angewiesen, die leider NICHT existiert. Es kommen lediglich nutzlose Phrasen als Antwort. - Das Paket für das GROSSE Hundekissen hatte lediglich die Ausmaße eines kleinen Sofakissens. Trotz Vakuumverpackung kann man ermessen, dass es sich um billigste Ware handelt. - Die Ware kommt per se aus Fernost. - Hat man, wie eine Bekannte, das "Glück", ein Retoure-Formular zu erhalten, verlangt der Händer den Rückversand an eine chinesische Adresse MIT Track and Trace auf EIGENE Kosten (bei DHL > 40 €). Sehr fraglich, ob dieses Geld dann nicht auch noch weg ist... - Wendet man sich an PayPal und aktiviert den Käuferschutz, bietet MrFluffy nach etwa 6 Wochen eine Teilrückzahlung von ca. 40% des Kaufpreises an. Somit macht MrFluffy den großen Reibach und das "quasi legal", denn der Kunde erhält Ware (billgster Qualität) und kann Sie nach Wochen verzweifelter Bemühung, den Widerruf durchzusetzen, sogar für horrende Kosten zurücksenden (was aus diesem Grund kaum jemand tun wird). Also, Finger weg von diesem Shop !!

Nicht bestellen! Retoure ist nicht möglich und der Grössenbeschrieb stimmt nicht. Man bekommt keine Antwort beim 24/7 Kundendienst.
