MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

The largest size is not enough for a large breed dog. It comes crammed into a shipping bag; haven’t been able to stretch it out to a decent form. Not impressed with the padding on the bottom of the bed; not supportive or snuggly. It’s not awful but it is definitely not worth the price. If I had seen the bed in person, I never would have bought it.

I didn't like the fact that it took almost weeks for me to receive my item from a New Jersey facility . Then my package set in Jamaica New York and went to Chicago and from there New Jersey to Virginia. Your delivery service needs some improvements

I was surprised that it was about a quarter the size I expected it to be,; the advertisement picture gave the impression it was so much bigger and worth the £30 cost. My dog can only use it as a pillow, however, I’ll keep it as my cat loves it although she only just fits into it.

The product quality is as expected. The delivery wait time was ridiculous. I could see where the mail stamp was created but the item was actually never taken to the post office until after a whole month. The business can benefit from an improvement in that aspect.

We bought one of these relaxer doughnut beds. When it came it needed about 48hrs to fluff up and get rid of a fishy smell, most unpleasant. Anyway that did go. Unfortunately my dog still prefers her old bed, if she gets in the new bed it's just for a short while, I have never seen her actually sleep in it at night. Also, they can be found cheaper in a large pet store in UK.

The dog bed is not like what it shows in the picture .it’s not that deep fluffy is not what you get

Took ages to arrive and was completely the wrong colour when it did. Other than that it’s a nice fluffy bed. That’s about it

The product was fine, once I received it, but it took 40 days to get my pet beds.. 40 DAYS!! That’s a long time and this was never specified to me when I ordered. They said 7-21 days.. I couldn’t receive any updates either and no one replied back to me from the company. Extremely poor to no customer service. The product did have an odd odor when it arrived, however, I left it outside for two days and the odor was gone. My dogs like the beds very much
