Junk!!
FINALLY received my order after waiting 3 weeks! What a huge disappointment! It is NOT AT ALL FLUFFY! CHEAPLY MADE AND HARDLY ANY STUFFING. Furthermore, there is NO way to call them to ask questions.

Hi Betsey, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your order. Please note that our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, which can make them appear flat or less fluffy at first. We recommend allowing the bed to air out for up to 48 hours and gently shaking and massaging the filling to help it expand and regain its intended shape and comfort. One of our customer service representatives has also just reached out to you via email to address your concerns and help find the best possible solution. Very disappointed with the firmness and…
Very disappointed with the firmness and the quality. I would not buy again or recommend. I could have gone to TJ Max and spent a fraction for a better bed

Bad experience

Hi Gwendoline, Het spijt ons te horen dat je niet helemaal tevreden bent met het bed dat je hebt ontvangen. 😔 Houd er alsjeblieft rekening mee dat onze bedden vacuüm verpakt zijn om de verzending te vergemakkelijken. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat het bed wat tijd nodig heeft om volledig uit te zetten en zijn oorspronkelijke vorm en zachtheid terug te krijgen nadat het is uitgepakt. Even goed opschudden en 24–48 uur laten luchten helpt meestal al veel. 🐾 Een van onze medewerkers van de klantenservice zal rechtstreeks contact met je opnemen om je verder te helpen en dit probleem samen met jou op te lossen.

Company Commits Fraud
I ordered a dog bed in early September. It took about a week to even reach USPS. Then when they got it and began the delivery process, it got held up in one location for a long time due to a postage issue by MrFluffyFriend. Finally it gets to the next facility and I think that I'm finally about to get the dog bed that I've now been waiting 3 weeks for. Nope. It got confiscated by the USPS because MrFluffyFriend used counterfeit postage. I contacted them about this and they deny everything that USPS tracking says, including that the package was confiscated (I'm sure USPS is well aware of what they have or haven't confiscated). I have requested a refund 4 times now and have yet to see a penny. I wish I'd thoroughly researched the company before I ordered. Lesson learned the hard way I guess. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague. Edit to add order # 373269

Die bestellte Ware war nicht wie…
Die bestellte Ware war nicht wie beschrieben und ausgebildet. Der untere Teil von dem Mantel viel zu lang, daher für ein Rüden nicht geeignet. Die Firma habe ich sofort informiert und auch Bilder zugeschickt, trotzdem kein Retoure Schein erhalten. Könnte die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen. Absolut unmöglich. Es wurden mir zwar 40 % Nachlass angeboten wenn ich die Ware behalte, aber was soll ich mit solchen falsch genähten Teil machen? Davon abgesehen, dass die Verarbeitung selbst und die Qualität von dem Material sehr unzufrieden war.
