I corresponded with someone in your company (through web communication) and asked advice on what size bed to buy … small or medium … for my 14 lb. Havanese. They suggested a medium, so that’s what I ordered. It took so long for the bed to arrive that initially I thought I had been scammed. When the bed arrived, vacuum sealed and flattened about the size of a large book … and made in China … there is absolutely no way it was a medium!! Even after shaking it out, it was ridiculously small, made for a dog about half his size. A complete waste of money … We ended up giving it to the local Humane Society, so at least some little pup out there is getting a nice expensive bed.

This bed turned up vacuum packed, so you have to open the packaging to look at the bed...beware it actually hardly fluffs up at all. Dreadful quality , flat as a pancake with almost no filling in the bottom. We bought the XL, and its not large at all, so have had to put it in another basket...complete waste of money. Just wish I had looked at these reviews before I bought it.

It took over a month to get the dog bed I ordered. I could never get a direct answer from the customer service person, and was repeatedly asked to “give it a few more days” when I would inquire about an update. They refused to provide a phone number so that I could call and speak to some one. Also the bed was under-sized, approximately 4 inches shorter than the dimensions stated on the website. Would not recommend to any one, the only recommendation I would give is to not puschase anything from this site.

Product was terrible — way overpriced and nowhere near as fluffy as advertised. I bought better beds from KMart for $10….

I haven’t received my product yet. I ordered it months ago! I haven’t any status emails. When can I expect to receive my product?

If there was an option I would give it no stars. The quality is very cheap and flimsy. I’m very disappointed and when I tried to return it would have been $110 cad to return. So we stuck with it.
