No stars a big fat goose egg! The quality is very very poor my blanket and my anxiety relief bed and blanket is ripped to shreds by a puppy a little puppy. And it’s brand-new both of them I wash the blanket once and it looks like matter dreadlocks! No Bueno I would like my $120 back please!!

We bought 1 small bed and 2 large. The small was great. We only opened 1 large, which was fine for one dog, but a little small for our other dog so did not open package with the other size large bed. We wanted to return and exchange for the next size up only to find out we were told to send to an address in China!! Which postage would have cost more than the bed. Was then told maybe give to someone for a gift, don’t know anyone who can use. So our only solution is maybe get a little money back at a yard sale. We have 3 dogs and would have been a good customer, but return policy is very poor customer service.

Your picture showed two dogs laying in the bed, When it arrived my 5# min pin couldn't sit down in it. It was the size of hat. Scam, shame on you and shame on me. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

This product is not made of cotton as advertised, it is some kind of synthetic material that is very loosely attached. I could see how it would eventually just all wash away in my washing machine. I am giving it away without allowing my dog to use it.

I never received my bed. You were not helpful at all and couldn’t care less about replacing the bed or a refund. Don’t you know that “the customer is always right”. You have horrible customer service and I would be ‘embarrassed if I had to work at your company. I tell all my friends and family and people at my job not to order from your company. You are terrible and just stealing consumers money. It will catch up to you , so get ready.

Never arrived! Would have given zero stars if it had been an option. I have sent numerous requests, nothing! These people are absolutely appalling. I ordered & paid for a small & a large anxiety beds. Took my money & have never heard from them - totally disgusting Furry Friends!
