Product was misleading

I bought one it was too small so I bought a larger one and it’s not as firm and too floppy.

Item not delivered and check of chinapost tracking shows bewildering back and forward between locations in China on numerous occasions . I will never order again through this vendor.

I would not give you any star y I have not got my good I want my money back NOW

I ordered two dog beds and one came but not the other one. I contacted the company and they said that it showed that it was already delivered. They told me to look outside around my porch and ask them neighbors but it wasn’t there. The second dog bed finally came a few weeks after. These dog beds are horrible they have no support and are flat and lumpy. Don’t buy!

The bed was made out of poor quality this feeling stuffing was minimal I complained I never heard back I would not recommend this I could’ve filled a pillowcase and had a better result and the refund I asked for I never heard back and they want it back in the same packaging which is literally impossible because they put it in a bag and they vacuum seal it I would never ever recommend this or buy this product

The customer service was great. The shipping took way too long. The product was garbage. Looks like a nice comfortable bed but when you get it that's a different story. Very flat and looks Nothing like the picture. Then if you try to return it you won't be able to because it will cost you more money to ship it back to China than it will to get your money back. Just not worth it. You can get the same bed at any store for 1/4 of the price.

Was not very heavy. My 110 pound dog thought it was a toy and ripped a hole in it. Could not find a way to get a refund and return it
