Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Brigitta. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our beds are designed to provide comfort and stability, and it's unfortunate that one of your dogs experienced slipping on a non-solid surface. We understand that this may have led to a loss of interest in using the bed for that particular dog. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to send our customer support team an email, and we'll be happy to assist you.
