I ordered 2 beds from the company at…
I ordered 2 beds from the company at the same time. Shipping was slow and I had to reach out to company because one of the beds never left USPS original scan sight (probably not companies fault) I received 2nd bed a week after the first and no longer needed so I paid to ship it back to return address on package for refund (cedar grove, NJ). Package was received at return shipping address but my refund is being withheld because company is saying I need to pay to return ship to China even though website states they have warehouses in US and if you return you can send back to closest warehouse. Not a bad product. My dogs both sleep in the bed I kept. It is really soft and they enjoy it.

Unhappy doggies
Our dogs bed was nothing like the pictures in your advertisement. The picture looked like a doughnut. Unfortunately ours is almost flat on the floor.

Expensive and not really comfortable for large dogs
Very long lead time to get the order with no follow up. Once the bed was delivered, my large dog laid down an immediately was resting on the floor. Appears to be insufficient internal material such that the bedding separates and is no support for the dog. I had to put it in ANOTHER bed with sides so that she will even use it. For the price, very disappointed.

DOG BED
I ordered a bed for my dog but it is too small. I sent an email requesting information on how to exchange it but have received no reply. My dog tries to sleep in it so would probably have loved it if it had been bigger.

Size problem!
I have an English Springer Spaniel and order what your guidelines suggested and the bed is too short/ small for him. I am very disappointed.
