MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Dog bed and blanket purchased for my new rescue dog, for calming and comfort. Web page wasn't working properly when ordering . Ended up being sent three beds being sent instead of one! Warning - Please note that if you have returns to this company, the return address provided is China !! Therefore no use for purchases in UK or Europe - postal fees nearly as much as the actual beds ! Unsatisfied customer

UPDATE: Having filed this review and emailed again to advise I was elevating the issue, I have now been advised a replacement bed is being sent out. Just a shame it took 4 days to get through to someone and the fact I was reporting the poor service to get there. AI does not work and should not be in place of being able to speak to someone. Back to the High Street for me........ Online shopping is going downhill very fast! Waited two weeks for the doughnut bed to be delivered only for it to arrive with a fully broken zip rendering the bed useless as the filling just falls out. I reported it straight away and other than ridiculous AI replies, I have received no response or apology or settlement. Basically I need a new cover with working zips or a full refund but customer service does not exist. Seems to be a scam smell to this so now reporting to my Bank to get my money back. If you're tempted to order, don't bother....... It's a load of tat with no customer service.

Erg teleurstellend!

Paid £49 for a Mr Fluffy dog bed 700mm in diameter, it arrived shrink wrapped smaller than a shoe box, I'm like right ok,iopened it and was absolutely disappointed, it wasnt 700mm diameter internally it was 600mm and it had sides on that measured overall 640mm. Ripp off ,a basic dog bed you can get from a local market at an extortionate price. I couldn't believe it. I contacted them as it mentions customer satisfaction and returns etc, what I didn't realise and wasn't told if you want to return the print out you get as to RETURN TO CHINA, was going to be £30-45p. I paid £49. Was offered a measles 15% gesture and told to donate it to a shelter. PLEASE DONT GET DONE LIKE I HAVE. I've explained i will not be keeping the bed and its going to charity and they replied, glad its going to charity.

I ordered this bed one small light grey I mostly use PayPal as I feel more safe. On paying £39 it came up get another for a discount and pay £31, I obviously didn’t need another one so ignored it and went on to pay. I got an email from PayPal saying your payment of £70 has gone through straight away I got on to Mr fluffy to stop one of them, they emailed me back saying sorry they have are in the process and we now can’t stop it. I replied I’m sure you can stop one from going through to be answered no as they are vacuumed together, but please don’t worry you can always send one back. Stupidly and I could kick myself I didn’t realise that it was coming from China and hoping they would pay for the return seeing it was there mistake. The parcel arrived and it’s still unopened that’s when the going back and forth with them started. I then found out that they were an apricot colour and not light grey, I got straight back and they said that’s what you ordered or you clicked on the wrong colour. This has cost me £70 plus and I’m 72 and disabled so I don’t have that much money to squander on the other one. I have asked for an address and a tracking number to send both back, they sent an address with a phone number instead of a tracking number. They just said you do that your end, I asked about refunds to be told we don’t issue refunds but we can take 15% off if you would like. I got in touch with the post office and to send them back through Evri £65 Royal Mail £75 this company has robbed me blind and I hope that people will please read the reviews before buying off of them. I rang PayPal for advice they put everything down and told me to ring my bank which I have done, they want evidence of every message between me and them which I’m finding difficult to find and as some I can’t see as I can’t open them. All I can do now is sell them to someone who wants one obviously a lot cheaper than what I’ve paid or give them to some sort of animal charity to help them. I feel angry, disheartened and I can’t help but wonder why did I decide on that day to buy a dog bed, why did I not look where it was coming from before I purchased. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
