I was given the wrong size bed - I ordered & paid for a large bed but got a small - my dog 🐕 is 24 kilos …. I had sent my concerns to your company - but no one has gotten back to me as yet - not happy - my question to you is - how do I return the small bed & get either the large bed that I paid for - OR a refund of my order……

Finger weg ! Billigster Chinamüll ! Unser Hund hat dieses "tolle" Bett weitläufig gemieden ! Nach langem Hin und Her konnte ich diesen Müll zurückschicken, dank Paypal, die damals die Kosten für die Retoure übernommen haben.

Terrible. The whole experience was not good. Correspondence stopped and MrFluffyfriend appears to completely disregard the NZ consumer act. The ‘worlds number 1 dog anxiety bed’ was nothing like it what was advertised. I asked for a full refund, MrFluffyFriend said I had to send the bed back tracked post to China at my cost if I wanted a full refund. When I refused they stopped communicating with me. They did offer me 30% refund. This was not going to cut it. I liken the experience to those people who buy clothing on the internet and post photos of what was advertised vs what they received. Poles apart in every aspect. Slightly comical.

The product is nothing like the photos on facebook and all the excuses in the world for the length of time it took to be delivered and IF I wan't my money back it is going to cost me to sent it back. Thieves that is what you are I would not recommend to to anyone.

Bed is soft to the touch but basically empty of filling. Not plush or comfy at all. For the cost, I don’t think the quality is good enough.

The shipping took way too long, and the XXL bed is paper thin and is nothing like it is depicted in the photos. Not worth the money and a huge mistake shopping with this company.

It took a really long time to arrive and I’m disappointed with the bed. It seems so unsubstantial and under stuffed for that much money. My dogs are not impressed either
