The bed and blanket are terrific.

Your sales team are on the job sending another potential product I nay what to buy. I bought the dog bed and blanket. It was tracked delivery once it got to in my case new Zealand it stopped tracking and took ages to get from customs to my address. It arrived the day after I went on holiday with my dog. When we got back we got it and it was a bit small for my dog even though I went by the order measurements on the website. I was invited to buy a 2nd one because I'd bought the first one with %60 off but I hadn't received the first one. Still in shipment mode. When I did finally get it and the dog loves it by the way even though he doesn't fit spread out the offer of a second one for %60 off had expired 🙃 Very informative contact from this company the whole way through. The beds are very soft and my dogs are enjoying them. At first, I was concerned that it seemed to be taking too long to ship. I contacted their customer service via email and received a reply fairly quickly explaining their process. I found their client agent to be very responsive and helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable. It did take about 4 weeks for the beds to arrive but once here, I was pleased with my purchase. I would like to mention that the beds are not as large as the pictures show. One of the photos shows 2 large dogs on one bed. I have 2 large breed dogs and no way could they can both fit on one bed. Also, the beds are not as deep/thick as some of the pictures show. However, the size chart does indicate that the XXL is 39 inches which is what I did receive. I bought 2 beds and have them on top of one another to make it thicker and more comfortable. It’s too soon to comment if the anxiety is any better as yet. But, my experience with their customer service was definitely very good compared to other reviews.

Got the bed. Gilly the dog says it’s great.

It finally arrived after a month My rat terrier seems to love it but my Jack Russell cross, not so much.
