A couple of items were responsible for this one star rating for the bed ordered. First was the time frame from date of ordering to the actual date of receiving the bed. 2 weeks seemed a bit long for a company in the USA. Second, for the price of the bed, the workmanship left a lot to be desired. One part of the bed had the bottom sewed to the rim, so there was not a continued rim completely around the bed. So needlessly I was not impressed with this item. Whoever is in charge of Quality Control is not doing a very good job.

I was terribly disappointed in the way my order was dealt with. It wasn’t unti I had sent several messages asking what was going on that someone decided to answer me And they told me nothing

The Mr Fluffy dog bed was not as big or fluffy as it appeared in the description and pictures. My 12 year old lab hated it. When I inquired about returning it, I found out I had to return it TO CHINA, at my expense, with no guarantee it’d make it, and that my refund would be issued once it was received. This would take months at todays rate of travel! I wouldn’t recommend this dog bed to anyone!

I ordered a MrFluffyFriend in April 2022. When I didn’t receive it after three weeks, I contacted the company. I was told that it would be delayed a couple more weeks due to high volumes (or something to that effect). I continued to check the status on a weekly basis—each time being advised that it was delayed. Today, July 1, 2022 I was advised that I had to track it through the USPS. What? Then Customer Service told me they could not refund my payment or send me the product. Essentially, I am SOL. I live in a building which tracks ALL packages and this package NEVER arrived. Period. I cannot possibly track something that was not shipped. I advised MrFluffyFriend that I would be contacting the BBB and posting social media reviews WARNING consumers to avoid this company completely. Very shady business practices, and ZERO recourse after they take your payment and never ship anything. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Hopeless in every way

It's a complete rip-off. I order a dog bad and what I got was a junk blanket like dog bed with Inferior material and inaccurate sizing. Buyer aware!!

Product was not as advertised and not worth the cost.
