I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a dog bed and it never arrived. I was charged almost $75 auto dollars and 3 months have passed and no contact, no email update and most importantly no delivery. They are a scam and I would NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. In fact I demand my money back!. Complete fraud!

This was very poor value for the cost, flimsy and cheap quality. I could have purchased a much better equivalent locally and received it quicker than the 2 months this took to arrive.

Terrible quality for the money. Cannot reccomend at all

It took nearly 6 weeks to arrive, and was very disappointed with quality. In order to get refund I had to pay for it to be sent back and was only offered 30% refund. Dog still sleeps on it but it’s floppy and doesn’t sit like the photos. It’s a rip off.

I had to give he bed to a friend with a chihuahua because it was so small. They run way smaller than indicated on their size chart

My dogs won’t go near it!!

The dog bed was too small . I measured it and it is not as large as stated.They would not refund me full price. I was told to pay my return shipping and they would not credit me the full price. I would never shop again at a business that treats you like this.

The delivery was very very slow with no status updates. Sadly, my dog doesn’t like the bed . I’m still trying, though. The online photo didn’t reveal the length of the fabric threads - I think my very small dog may not like that. I can’t say. I want her to like this bed and I’ve put some of her things in it, but so far she won’t use it
