I ordered an XLarge anxiety bed in dark grey and was not advised they were not in stock. I was told it would arrive within 10 days with a possible slight delay due to Covid. I sent an email asking why and did not receive a reply straight away I check the website credibility and receive a response that it was a Chinese Company whose main focus was dog food. Then another email arrived stating that as I was in a hurry It had been despatched. The bed I received was size large dark blue, NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND TOO SMALL FOR THE DOG. I have had to buy a bigger bed here in Australia. Your offer to refund if I returned at my expense not acceptable. You did not honour your contract to supply what I ordered.

They sent me a small bed. It only measures 25 cm. Then said well that’s too bad.

This is a scam. The reviews are fake, the product takes 6-8 weeks to come from China and is of poor quality. The refund asks that the original packaging be used (not possible as it’s vacuum packed) and the buyer must pay track and trace return postage to China, non-refundable. I am currently £60 out of pocket and have been corresponding with them about this for three months.

Ordered product over 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I most likely will never use this company again!

Still waiting for the dog bed ordered beginning of May!! The excuse is the address was wrong, sent the address AGAIN but still not received it. Was told I have to wait for delivery if I want a refund??? I’m not going to get the delivery!! Don’t bother with this company I’m sure they are scammers!! I have emailed you as requested, several times about a refund and your still saying email them!!!

The beds are horrible and flimsy. I got 2 - must have ordered two in error. I can't use either and I sent a note to the Vendor without reply.
