Never. never order from this company, after waiting for 2 months I received the bed and it was damaged, although the company offered to replace the bed I did not want to wait another 2 months and they told me I could "stitch" it myself (this is a new product and I shouldn't have to stitch it). The bed is nothing like the picture, no support on the sides and very thin in the bottom, not a good experience for sure, buyer beware!!!!

The product was not as described. It’s a dog bed that’s supposed to comfort and relieve anxiety by engulfing the dog as it lays in it. It came vacuumed packed in a medium shipping bag-I ordered the largest dog bed they have as I have a large dog. The bed was flimsy and had very little stuffing, and it never decompressed from the vacuum packing. The company made it difficult to return, had to go back to Japan in original package. I don’t want to throw good money after bad so I’m out $87.

Dreadful! Wouldn't recommend. My order still hasn't arrived. Its been over 6 weeks since I ordered it. Wish this information had been available at time of order. I would never have purchased from you.

Es wird gefälschte Ware geliefert, die nichts mit den Bildern zu tun hat. KLARNA unterstützt den Betrug auch noch, indem die sich zum Geldeintreiber der Drecksfirma machen. Ich könnte hier den ganzen kläglichen Verlauf schildern, aber das ist zu viel Energie. Wir haben keine Lust uns noch mehr die Laune verderben zu lassen und zahlen für unseren Seelenfrieden.

Took close to 8 weeks to arrive. I understand difficulty in supply chain. Not anywhere near as plush/deep as expected. Nothing like the photos when a dog is in situation. Having said that dog was very happy in it.

I was not aware that the item was being shipped from China, if I had have known I would not have made a purchase I am still waiting for my item from ordered well over a month ago and am not receiving any updates on it's whereabouts. Very disappointed this pet bed was for my dog who injured his leg. Very poor communication.

You FAILED to communicate, you FAILED to ship on time.

Been over a month, no item.. item still showing in china. Worst online purchase experience ever. Absolute scam!
