It has been terrible. I received no shipment notice, or delay communication. In fact, I couldn’t find the order confirmation. When I went through my bank statements I noticed payment went through. I then send a general enquiry on your website, after the second attempt someone let me know there was a delay and a tracking no was given. That was over a week ago and since then I’ve heard nothing. So, I don’t know when i will receive the delivery

Delivery times quoted are unrealistic. I felt ripped off. Not recommended

Seit einem halben Jahr warte ich auf eine Rücküberweisung von 110 Euro.Laut Roch-elle sollte ich die Annahme der Betten verweigern, da ich sehr darüber verärgert war,dass die Ware aus China kommt.Das wurde geschickt verschwiegen und war auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich. Trotz meiner Hinweise an klarna,das Geld nicht an fluffy friend auszuzahlen, bekam fluffy friend das Geld. In der Zeit hatte ich die Betten an die von fluffy friend angegebene Referenzadresse zurückgesandt. Nun sind die Betten futsch, ebenso mein Geld. Die gewisse Rosh-elle wollte sich um meinen Fall kümmern. Das sind nur hohle Worte. Ich werde mich an den NDR wenden, um die Strategie dieser Firma publik zu machen und hoffe, so den Druck zu erhöhen, um entweder die Betten zu bekommen oder das Geld. Ich kann alles lückenlos beweisen.

The item we received was nothing like a picture. We waited 2 months since the order date. So I bought the filling myself and made it more fluffy. It’s a scam!! You get the same bad items like this cheaper somewhere else.

Very disappointed with with the dog bed. Poor quality. I bought the same bed at the pet store for $ 29.99. Will not be purchasing anymore of your products.

on the 8th allowing your twelve days not Xmass would make it the 20th given the benefit of snail mail would still not take us to now 1st July. Have received a package from Europe in less than seven days it weighed 7kg this was before Christmas. Clearly there is no Priority otherwise you would have stated that there is a thirty day wait not 7-12 days as it states on your Fluffy Friend page. We are experiencing some cold weather here but that is not your Priority is it. Social media has a funny way of doing things for people.

Tried to return an item...No response. You sell an item that it supposed to keep a pet cool in the summer. That is a joke....

I ordered my dog a bed nearly 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. They say it’s on its way but I’m still waiting.
