Delivery took a very long time. Disappointed with the overall quality for the price and the quality of filling particularly in the base as it clumps and leaves gaps which don't protect pet from cold floors. Refund process way too complicated to bother with including extra costs to return. Don't waste your money.

Because as at today we still have not received the product. That is a month. Not good enough.

Not as advertised

My first response, out of the bag, was this is awful thin. Looking back on it, I should have wrapped it up and sent it back. However, I knew they had a guarantee and I would try it a few days or weeks. My thought was surely it’s more durable than it looks. It is a nice color, burgundy, soft, but not as fluffy as shown. Not even a tiny dog would get surrounded by the stuffing, and I bought the XXL. So right off the bat, thin and not really that fluffy, as the name says. My dog loves getting presents so he was very excited to receive a new gift. He immediately laid on it. I would have had a hard time getting him off of it. It was late when I gave it to him so we all went to bed with him sleeping on his Mr. Fluffy. However, when we woke up there was stuffing all over the floor. So In only a few hours, it had a fist size hole in it. I did not see him be rough with the bed. I only saw him lay on it. He does like to fluff his bed. I have no idea how it got the whole in it. I am assuming by fluffing. I contacted the company. Much to my dismay, they only offered me 15% back, a little over $13. So I have the most inferior, most expensive bed I have ever purchased. Most beds last my dog a couple of years, not a few hours. This is the first time and the last time to buy a dog bed sight unseen. If you have a small dog that lays very still on beds, this will work out fine for you. If you do not, do NOT BUY. I cannot recommend. I sewed the hole closed and the material was super thin. If it wasn’t for the long threads, you could see right through it. What is very upsetting is they offer a worthless guarantee. I was considering buying some of their other products. I am glad I waited. I will not do business with a company that has false advertising and does not stand behind their products. Just like most pop ads, products and companies are inferior. Stay away!

Dog bed looked nothing like advertised

This is notvwhat I expected, my dog refuses to sleep on it and it has no padding, it's basically a dog bed cover. Over priced rubbish
