I purchased two anxiety beds early June, I emailed you a week or so ago and was advised that it would take 7-12 days to arrive. It's already been over a month, nearly two. This doesn't make me want to order anything else. With COVID I have ordered a variety of things on line and haven't had a problem. They are usually delivered close to the stated timeframe. I honestly don't think they will be coming anytime soon. Gail

Worlds #1 Anxiety Relieving Pet Bed $70.00 6 weeks delivery (finally arrived. :-) Customer service was great Now seeing what I purchased its a bit expensive, for the price I found the same products at 2 of my local stores for $29.95. So it pays to look first!! At least my toy poodle is happy with it, the medium size is great as she can stretch out if she wants to.

Bought a bed for my 40 lb dog which was too small. Contacted the seller and found I had to pay for the return shipping, which they insisted had to be with a tracking number and cost $158 to send to China!

My experience was great,came in a timely manner . The quality of the bed ,I really liked.

If zero was an option, I'd choose that. DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM

Firstly the dog bed took way too long to be delivered. I kept enquiring as to its whereabouts but only got lip service. When it did arrive it was way too small. Really disappointing to say the least. I went on their measurements on their advertising. Now I’m stuck with a small dog bed which is useless. I don’t want to send it back for a refund because I’d probably have to chase that up too. Poor communication is another annoying problem.
