I have emailed this company a number of times about my refund because I never received my product. I left them a negative review at this website and their response was that they would like for me to send them another email. Why would they respond to my review with a request for me to do something I have done a number of times.

I find it interesting that you are asking me to rate my experience while I am still waiting for my order.

Product does not arrive as suggested. Smells awful, is so compact it doesn’t come back to “fluffy” as described.

To start with, it took almost 2 months to get it. The tracking was stuck on “label created and waiting on merchandise “. Emailed them twice to find out where my package was and each time they responded with “wait 5 more days”. Finally got it and the tracking says delivered. I’m not even in town at this point. Finally opened the package and it was so ridiculous. There’s no padding on the bottom. Flat as a pancake! Nothing like the photo on the website! I could have gone to the local pet store and bought one for half the price and fluffier. Never will purchase again nor refer them

Rubbish product , late delivery

Website is deceptive. States the business has three distribution centers, one in the US. The website also stated inaccurate bed sizing from which to purchase. They have changed that since I went to war with them, however. I needed to return 2 beds because they were too small for my dogs. I purchased based on their recommendations. Now they will not give me my money back unless I send the beds--wait for it!--to CHINA! Besides the obvious stupidity of this demand--it's China, a lockdown country with no workers--they refused to relent. After seven emails, I called my card company. Told them if they wanted the beds returned I would pay shipping and send them anywhere in the USA. They said no. I will NEVER do business with this or any Chinese site again. Although, there was absolutely NO indication this was a Chinese sales site.

I still haven’t received item, mostly I have received no updates. I at least would like current status so I know where it is at..for that I give you a low rating!

So where is my dog bed Mr Fluffy Friend? I ordered it weeks ago and no sign of it 😠 I understand it was coming from China. If I’d known I would have gone to Pet Barn to buy one that day. Pretty annoyed as your bed wasn’t cheap and yet I’m getting spam from you and asking for a review of a non- existent dog bed ! If I don’t receive it soon, I’ll be demanding a refund. By the way I reckon their claims are pretty outrageous and I’m sure my puppy would destroy this bed anyway, just another synthetic piece of rubbish from China. Would appreciate some comms from you and I’ve sent an email as this is the last straw asking for a review. UPDATE Still a 0 star review from me. I received the dog bed 43 days after ordering it with no idea of how to track it? Went to return unopened immediately as your policy says the return is within 30 days. Australia Post quoted $47 AUD to send back to China with tracking and couldn’t guarantee it would arrive under 30 days. Thought it was throwing good money after bad so won’t be returning it. Disappointed all round I got sucked in by your claims about this bed, the long wait and the whole cost/time factor for returning this piece of rubbish. It looks like the same quality dog bed I got from The Reject Shop for triple the price. Never again!
