Hi, I ordered 4 items, after 4 weeks I had not received my purchases. I emailed Support with my query, I was impressed with the prompt reply, and tracking of my goods which I have received, and am happy with. My thanks to the Support Team for their help.

We purchased our third bed for our cats and we are very pleased with the purchases. When we first got the beds our male cat took to it right away but our female looked at it sniffed it for a couple days and then she got in it. Now she’s always in it, I feel it really does have the calming effect they say. We also just got that glove brush, we are so glad we purchased this product. For those of you that have cats you know it can be pretty difficult to brush your cat and try to get the hair off the brush etc. We used the glove and it worked very good. The cats hair stuck to the glove and was easy to dispose of and then use again. Both cats were okay with us using it on them as well. Very happy with the purchased we have made so far.

I’m disappointed that Winnie Bouja loved her present of the softest cushion ever…apparently she loved it so much that she was able to get INTO it. I will need to purchase some new canvas for the bottom and repair. It’s great!!!!
