If I could give them a zero, that’s how I would rate them. They are a total scam. They claim to have a 30-day return policy but they don’t tell you that you have to return the dog bed to an overseas address! They have a warehouse in the USA, but because they have no intention of returning your money, they’ll tell you to either return the dog bed to An overseas address at great cost or go pound sand. Beware! Steer clear of these people!

Terrible product don’t waste your money

The beds are very flat very low in stuffing. So if you have pets with joint pain and hard floors this is not the bed to get also I've not seen any difference in any help with my pets anxiety. Also I had an issue with one of them being lost in shipping so I emailed the customer service and the reply I received was for me to check the tracking number. I mean do you not think I hadn't already done that. Then you are going to finally send me an email (I didn't even bother to count the days) but trust me it's been a good while to tell me to go to the post office to pick up my other pet bed. Which for one is wrong because I had already received the other bed and for two why should I have too go an pick up the pet bed when I paid shipping on these. So no I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE THESE. The beds are horrible for the money plus I was charged more than what it said, also your customer service is the worst. If you had less than a one star that is what you would be getting from me.

I would not order from this company. A shipping label has been created and the USPS is still awaiting it to arrive at the USPS facility 5 days later. Find a different company with a similar product to order from.

Twice you’ve sent me rate the product. And I’ve not even received it yet it’s been sitting in Illinois for like 10 days now.

Das bestellte Produkt, eine Fusselbürste, entfernt keine Fusseln, sondern hinterlässt welche. Also macht sie genau das Gegenteil. Mir wurde eine Gutschrift von 15% vorgeschlagen - ich könnte die Bürste dann ja an jemanden verschenken. Haha. Auf die Bitte, mir die Adresse für die Rücksendung zu schicken, erhielt ich bisher keine Antwort. Im Internet ist nix zu finden.

After 6 weeks since I ordered and paid, I am still waiting for delivery.

I was not satisfied with the bed. I emailed 3 times asking how to return it since they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Never heard from them. Had to go through my credit card company to request a refund.
