I thought the bottom would be a stronger fabric since my dog is still in big puppy stage she tore a hole in in the first use. She had flipped it over and bit it. I stopped her but the hole is there. Also I got one for a second room thinking it was only $24.00 at a hard wear store. I got it while waiting for the one I ordered from you. Turns out the look the same. I would suggest having a more durable bottom

Delivery. Was VERY SLOW. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT I’M WAITING FOR MY GUARANTEED, 30 DAY, UNCONDITIONAL REFUND, DUE TO THE FACT THE BED I ORDERED & HAD SENT TO HORACE, ND HAS A “VERY STRONG” PLASTIC SMELL , MAKING IT UNUSABLE 😖‼️. I’ve been in contact with Mary a # of times, but I’ve not heard back about when I’ll receive my full refund of $83‼️PLEASE REPLY SOON ‼️

The return policy is a joke! I wanted to return a dog bed but was told I had to ship it to China. It would cost me more to ship it than it is worth. I ended up keeping it at a reduced price.The bed was never opened or used.

The dog bed is insubstantial and not flat. It does not wash well. Waited a long time for delivery too

The medium bed isn’t big enough for a chunky border terrier. The company are not keen to exchange anything. It’s a long way to China ! especially over Christmas when there are also postal strikes and you have only 30 days to return.

I am quite disappointed with the quality of the product. In the pictures the bed looks quite thick and full but there is not much filling in it at all and is quite flat. I can get the same bed for less than half the price at Kmart. Definitely not worth the money.

Very disappointed. Very little stuffing, nothing like the pictures which are too deceiving. Seems to be filled not with foam, but polyfil like a cheap winter coat. I bought 2 (XXL and L) and requested a refund/return by e-mail days ago and no response. There are much nicer options on Amazon or Barkbox.

Bed is not padded on the bottom.
