Overpriced, inferior products. not think these products are very…
I do not think these products are very good and extremely expensive for what they are. Having imported from China ourselves ( therefore knowing the cost of items) the hair removable device it totally overpriced at €21!! Also the bed we bought was €55. It was infact too small for our dog, but we were expected to return it to China ourselves. Very difficult from France. I think the quality of what you sell needs to be improved.

A costly mistake
The 20 inch bed took a fortnight to arrive and proved to be smaller than advertised. When I complained I was told the measurements are often not accurate, and was offered a 15% refund, as the postage to return the bed was prohibitive. My cat refuses to have anything to do with the bed, which we purchased because she loves my Mongolian lambswool pillow in the same colour. Altogether disappointing.

Horrible customer experience
Horrible customer experience Over 20 days to deliver I canceled the order and put a stop payment on my credit card

Still haven’t received my order that…
Still haven’t received my order that was placed on July 18th and there are no tracking details despite being provided with a tracking number.

I have returned the mr fluffy pet bed…
I have returned the mr fluffy pet bed as it was nothing like the advertisement. I am now waiting a full refund . Very dissatisfied.
