Given the wrong size for my dog
Mr. Fluffy is a beautiful bed; I waited a month to receive it. I have a Shetland Sheepdog who weighs 43 lbs. I ordered the size which is listed. Dusty cannot fit into this bed. It is too small. I contacted the company, and they said I could keep the mattress, gift it, and order a larger size for Dusty with 15% off. I feel this is not fair. My boy has arthritis, and I wanted this bed for his condition, but I cannot afford to be at a loss of $80.00 plus ordered the larger size at over $90.00. I have been told that it will cost too much to mail this bed back to the company. So my Dusty has no Mr. Fluffy bed to be comfortable in, plus the mattress I ordered is just sitting in my rec room. I feel this is so unfair to a customer and their pet. I am out the $80.00 and can't afford to order another one. This is unfair, and the company should be more accurate when telling people what size to order.
