MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Well as i looked at your ads for the bed (which i can see show a dog bed with plenty of form in the middle) and then having got the bed i was very disappointed, it's not flat its lumpy, i can't let my dog lie on that not comfy for my dog at all, not a bad size but seems to have no foam or memory foam and very little else for comfort for my 12yr old dog, and i can assure you it wasn't worth the 71 pounds i paid for it, what i need is for myfluffyfriend should send me a circular cut piece of memory foam for the xxl size dog bed or a part refund as the bed is no good to me unless i have some padding for the bed, the ads are abit misleading aswell showing a nice thick padded base but when you get it it's pretty crap and not worth the money, i should of bought the same as the one she has now cheaper plenty of padding, you let me down mr fluffy friend.

Well I’m happy with the quality of the bed , but I have two small dogs and the picture shows two medium size dogs lying together , the bed I paid £59 for is hardly big enough for one dog , which left me disappointed.thanks for the opportunity to tell you this. Gerry mc Guinness

I ordered Two (2) medium size beds and received 2 small beds. No paperwork received with the items. How can I return for the correct size beds?

package took 3 weeks to come. bed was much smaller than i thought. comfy enough though for the dog.

Too small It’s different from the advert

I did not get any updates on shipping as promised and when I wrote and asked about the bed, I thought the response was kind of snotty. The website says up to 21 days for shipping, not 21 WORKING days as the rep informed me. THEN, when I got the dog bed (which my dog loves), I had to pay postage!! I wrote and sent the receipt as requested just to get another email requesting a copy again. Sure have mixed feelings about the company right now.

I ordered dark grey and got white fleck. Base of bed very thin and patchy

Material is nice, soft and fluffy. My main problem is the lack of fill. There is zero fill at the bottom of the edges - just fabric. Like they put a thin pillow in the middle and a thin amount of filling in the sides. I was expecting a cushioned bed. Works better as a topper to a thicker dog bed which is how we’re using it. Doesn’t offer enough cushion straight on a hardwood floor for large dogs.
