I no have still not received my goods…
I no have still not received my goods from this company but I have received a reply on my emails. It has been over a month since I placed my order and still has not been dispatched. Not very good service and I’m over the excuse of Covid stopping orders. If you can’t fulfill orders then don’t take customers money, it’s that simple😡

Disappointed
This dog bed was a waste of money. There's a real lack of stuffing and there were no instructions on how to clean it. It looks okay and the color is nice, but I'm sorry I bought this.

Hello RD Francik, when you receive your item, it may take a while for them to reach their full size and fluffy. We recommend that you shake the product back and forth so that the bed can be fully formed. The washing instruction is available on our website but we'd love to assist you. Please send us an email. warum gibt es diesen shop immer noch
warum gibt es diesen shop immer noch? nach wie vor keine rücksendeadresse vorhanden. automatisierter „kundendienst“, der irgendwas schreibt, was nie gemacht wird. absolut nicht zu empfehlen. eine rücksendung war mir nicht möglich und wäre zu teuer. ich melde es jetzt dem verbraucherschutz.

It was torn out of the box and smells…
It was torn out of the box and smells like fish I have been disappointed when purchasing site unseen but this is a new level.

This smell will go away in just a few days and is harmless to your pet. You may put it outside in an open-air area, under the sun. The product was not worth the…
The product was not worth the discounted price, let alone the full price. The fabric was sparse on the bed and very thin. There was hardly any stuffing on the inside, despite efforts to fluff it up. It had no support at all and my dog wanted nothing to do with it. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Disappointed
Well first it took forever to receive Then it’s smarter than I thought My dog had no interest in the bed whatsoever But since Bailey doesn’t like it…for doesn’t mean it’s not a nice soft fluffy bed which it is. Just disappointed that it took so look; thought it would be bigger & then to top it off…my dog doesn’t have any desire to e en sit on it
