The bed was not the correct size and of very poor quality. When I requested a refund, they warned me that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Here’s their reply: “But I would like to give you something even better because we understand returning can be very expensive. As offered in the previous mail we can issue a partial refund where you can keep the product for yourself. Instead of a 15% refund, we will give you a 30% refund of the total amount from your purchase, and you are able to keep your order.” Their refund policy/return address is to an address in China-which is only made known after the purchase has been finalized. Not a trustworthy company. Buyer beware. Note: For me personally, it was not worth keeping -even with a 30% refund.

I still haven't received my dog bed and no tracking information so if there is a rating less than 1 star I would give you that.

I never received my purchase and have been given the run-around ever since. Still waiting, have almost given up all hope.

I paid for this on July 5. On July 8 I received an email to say it was on the way. It’s august 4 and I sill don’t have it. I just keep getting the same response when I enquire blaming Covid etc. pitiful service!

I thought it would be larger. It’s not as fluffy as it appears in the pictures. Way too expansive for what you actually get. False advertising.

I ordered a large dog beg, not paying attention to the measurement. What I received was a bed not even big enought for my bichon, who only ways about 15 pounds. If I had tried to return the item, I would have had to pay for return shipping. They offered to give me 15% back in cash if I decided to keep the item. So that what I opted for. I am not satified with the purchase, I fell like I was cheaped. They only give me back, less than 9.00 dollars for a bed that I paid 60.00 dollars for. Buyer beware!

The bed seemed to cause our dog to became stressed and agitated. We had to wash it because there was the most appalling smell from it which permeated the whole of the ground floor. Once washed the smell went. But the dog treated the bed like a soft toy and tore it to shreds within a week. £70, that was the most expensive toy or bed he’s ever had. So I’m sorry, but I can’t endorse your product!
