Not yet received after many days waiting and no word on delivery

This product took 34 days to arrive which I feel is a long time to have to wait even considering COVID delays.

Größter Fakeshop den es gibt! Die Betten haben einen anderen Durchmesser als versprochen. Die Qualität ist richtig schlecht und alles stinkt nach Chinascheiss beim auspacken… und da soll mein Hund drauf schlafen? Ganz sicher nicht und das für so hohe Preise… Rücksenden funktioniert nicht, ich bekomme nur Rabatt angeboten und nicht wie Drum gebeten eine Adresse wo es hingeschickt werden soll - grauenhafter Service! Wenn ihr auf mein Geld wartet, tja könnt ihr euer Leben gerne verschwenden mit warten. Ich kann nichts zurücksenden, will das aber, da werde ich sicher nicht gezwungen was zu bezahlen mit Rabatt was ich einfach nicht möchte. Der Shop gehört gelöscht und die Mitarbeiter gefeuert!

Disappointed in both the quality (for lack of a better word, the bed looks and feels cheap. Lopsided with clumpy filling) and color (ordered gray but bed looks blue) of the product.
