MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

These beds are cheap and do not meet the descriptions on the website, my dogs will not sleep in them and i ordered two large ones. waste of money. I asked for a refund and they will only refund if I post them back to china and pay the recorded post which is the cost of one bed anyway. loose loose situation. Plus their website reviews are fake, I left two negative ones with photos and they are not showing on there

My maltypoo thought the bed was an animal and kept trying to attack it. I had to give it to a friend for her children to put their stuffed dogs in.

IT IS NOW 6WEEKS SINCE ORDER WAS SUPPOSEDLY DESPATCHED. STILL NO SIGN OF THE ORDER. TRACKING NUMBER SUPPLIED IS NOT RECOGNISED ANYWHERE.

This is a scam company. The product is not as advertised. No support and nothing like the videos and pictures. If you request a refund they ask you to ship the product back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if I can get any relief from this scam from the bank.

I would give them 0 stars if it were available , I was charged in July and still have not received my dog bed

I ordered a large dog bed. But the bed I received had a tiny circumference of lumpy padding in middle (where the dog is expected to sleep). Even a small dog would find I hard to stretch out. Same quality as one of those sideshow stuffed toys. Waste of money.

I emailed you to let you know what I thought about your product, but you responded, but didn’t respond to what I said. I ordered an extra small bed for my 10lb. Maltese which is what you recommended for my size dog, and it was so small that I don’t even think a cat would fit into that. My dog won’t even go in there. You should have said a small instead. I would like to return it, but you didn’t provide return instructions, and you won’t respond.
