Honestly
Honestly, I was expecting it to be larger...I may have order small by mistake but though I ordered medium.

Not as advertised
The ad and website made the dog bed look like a big fluffy bed to reduce anxiety. I bought the large and it is not real big, it isn’t padded. I could have bought the same one at a local store. Oh, it took a month to get to me. Tracking had it sitting at a USPS facility for almost 2weeks. Miraculously when I emailed about it I got the bed in 2 days. (busy over the holidays) I did keep it since my one dog has claimed it as her bed.

Reasonable price and fairly prompt delivery from China
I ordered this for my friends small dog and it did arrive fairly quickly- despite the pre Christmas postal strikes. Unfortunately the dog took against it and decided it looked just like the neighbours cat, so the local animal shelter benefited from it. I cannot comment on the quality as my friend lives 300 miles away and I never got to see it!

Very disappointed with the quality of…
Very disappointed with the quality of this product. On opening the packaging the bottom of the bed was completely unsewn on one side making it completely unusable. I contacted the company to ask to return and for a full refund (as per the instructions) only to be told that I would need to pay for the postage. They offered that I could keep the dog bed and have a 15% refund. I found out how much it would be to return the bed to the company and as this was very expensive I wrote to them explaining the situation. They returned with another offer of 30% refund. I have accepted that as I felt that was as good as it was going to get. I have tried to repair the bed but the material keeps giving way so it’s not usable. I feel I could have gone to any old market stall and got the same product at a cheaper price and have the same quality product!

The bed was excellent but no washing…
The bed was excellent but no washing instructions enclosed. I would not have bought it it is not washable.

Too slippery to sleep on
Too small for dog. Cat and dog slid off of it.
