Terrible customer service - wanted to return product and filled out on line form 5 times. Tried using email address for contact. No response at all.

False advertising! The dog bed arrived and smelled like dead fish! Package was shrunk down to a 8 inch heavy duty freeze dried bag. Once opened the bed did NOT fluff back up and still SMELLED! Tried to get refund but they never responded to my "8" emails or supplied a return address or phone number. They claim if your not happy return it in 30 days, how can you with no return address???? It was shipped from CHINA! I have been fighting with my CC company since July 2025 to get my money back because they REFUSE to give me an address to return it to. So I threw it in the trash to get it out of my house! My dog wanted nothing to do with that smelly POS!

I am very disappointed i orderd a medium bed for my cockapoo dog. And when I actually opened it ,it was fit for a cat it was too small ,ive sent 5 emails to get this item returned as it wasn't cheap either and still no return of an email from them i will never use this place again . 1st Dec 25 .Well guess what I got a response from mrfluffyfriend. They offered me 15% refund and keep the item ,I refused asked for 25% and keep the item, which they accepted and the return was going back to China? So thank you , I will be passing the dog bed on.

… it’s cheaper to buy a new blanket that cost just 50 dollars and put it on her old bed !! This bed doesn’t bring a sponge or something so it’s horrible to sit on it !! It camed sealed in a bag and when I saw the package I already knew is trash !! 🗑️ !! Worth 50 dollars no more !! I bought the XL for pit bulls !! Horrible investment!!
