We were disappointed at the delivery time, particularly when the goods arrived well after the original, and extended time frame. The goods where of a lower standard to what we expected after reading the description from the add. The bed is extremely shallower than expected and the price was more expensive and lower quality than what we could have purchased at our local hardware store. Didn't realise product was coming from China. Took to long to receive item.

My dog is 30 lbs & barely fits in this size large. The dog bed has no support & appears uncomfortable, she tried it twice for 5 seconds & hasn't gone back to it. ☹️ Sorry can’t say she likes it

this is the worst dog beed i have even owned. wish the reviews on here today was here two weeks ago when i ordered this thing. there is no base to the bed so your dog is lying on the floor. and the sides to the bed go flat when your dog puts weight on it the pictures on the site are nothing like what you will get. AVOID AVOID AVOID Update.... They will accept return but at your cost to return to the Netherlands... Even though the item was reshaped from the UK from China... This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for internet sales... I found it funny they put the cost of the item as $8 on the customs declaration from China I don't even think the bed was worth that much. UPDATE had to send back to the netherlands!!!!!!!! luckly paypal covered the return costs of £34 paypal refunded me £72 for the bed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! UPDATE Thia item was never collected from the post office in the Neverlands....so it has just returned to me.... They can't be bothered to collect there rubbish bed. STAY AWAY AND Don't WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.....

Website looks legit until u receive the order find out its not right. You want to return item and have to ship back to CHINA Even though it shipped from USA. In my case NJ and I live there!!!! Offer u discounts to keep an item too small for your pet! ANOTHER INTERNET SCAM

My cat couldn't be convinced to sit there! (I even sprayed with pheromones.)

Using your recommendation as to size to order, the bed that arrived is so small that it is useless to me.

I should have read the other reviews before I purchased this dog bed. It’s the same as them. The bed looks like it’s really cushioned and padded. It’s NOT. the bottom of the bed is flat as cardboard. This is definitely NOT ORTHOPAEDIC Your a SCAM artist !!!!
