Took several weeks to arrive. When it did, bed had an awful odor to it! I sprayed with Lysol & aired outside for a full day before I could bring it inside. Even then, my dog sniffed it & refused to get on it. I moved it to different areas of the house hoping he would get on & try it. No such luck. Every time I moved it to another area, it shed terribly. No way would I even think of putting this in my washer for fear of clogging filter from the shedding. Hence, my 2 stars.

30+ days to receive. Disappointed that the bed is not as fluffy/thick as it appears in photos. Very thin cushioning in the middle of bed. Sides are thick and cushioned as they appear in pic’s. Sizes run small ordered XXL for a 50 lbs border collie

Two things were disappointing: the origin point for the dog bed is about 4-1/2 hours from my home. Yet, the dog bed was shipped halfway across the country to Chicago, where it was in a 'processing' facility for 12 days, before being shipped back across the country to me. It took over a month for the dog bed to arrive, and it was very frustrating to see the order sit for over a week at the origin point before any action was taken with it, let alone the unnecessary shipping costs and delays. Secondly, the "fluffy" dog bed did not live up to the name. While the outer circle of the bed is puffy, the center of the bed where the dog lies down has very little stuffing/foam/support in it. For a large dog, this is quite a disappointment, as he might as well be lying down on the floor, given how thin the center of the bed is. I communicated my frustration to the company about the shipping delays, etc., and did not hear back from them. But, I keep getting emails from them, letting me know about their products that they have for sale. Needless to say, I won't be buying.

I went by your chart on which size to buy and it was too little. Oh well live and learn.

We bought the dog bed and couch cover. We used the sizing recommendations as stated on the website. This bed is so small, our 25 lb dog doesn’t fit in the large dog bed. The couch cover is small as well. I had to destroy the packaging to get the items out and now I don’t feel right returning them. Save your money! Also, shipping took a long time.

The bed is not true to size. My 9lb Pomeranian doesn’t fit in the small bed. The description says 5-11 lbs. having to return it.
