This was my worst online shopping experience so far. I placed my order August 12th and received my 2 dog beds September 12th. In between I reached out a couple of times to customer service about any shipping updates as there were none to be found. After waiting for a month I was very disappointed by the low quality of the product that looked nothing like in the advertisement I have seen. The beds have a very low fill power & provide no support for my dog. This is a very cheap made product and not worth the wait (1month!!!!) at all. They are going back asap!

Sorry to say that this has taken so long to be delivered that the cat I bought it for passed away. I am sure he would have enjoyed it if it did not take so long to deliver it. So give you a -10 out of what ever. Will never use you again.

The bed was sitting in Sydney for weeks and despite my cancelling the bed twice it was STILL delivered. Then I had to pay the return postage costs! Thank goodness for Paypal who refunded the cost of the bed AND the postage.

Complete scam. I've purchased a very expensive, low quality blanket that is smaller than the dog I purchased it for even though it's the large size. I don't know what the bed is shown in the photo on their website but it's nothing like the thing I received. @Trustpilot - there's still a lot of reviews on here that say "It's just like it is in the ads" or similar. It really isn't.

If I had known that it would cost me $44 for return shipping, which is the same price I paid for the product, I would have never bought it! I would not have ordered the product from MrFluffyFriend and tried to find a similar product made in the US. I was refunded 30% of the price while being told I can keep it. What do I do with a cat bed that my cat won't use? Buy elsewhere!

Junk. Not enough stuffing. Contacted customer service and they said to give it a couple of days, I did same flat bed no difference. I could feel the hard surface when I pushed the middle down. I contacted customer service asked for a refund the diverted me to their website how to make a return. Nothing, it just said contact customer service, no address was given. Finally asked them for return address. Received an email saying to check out there return instructions. Which did not say anything about where to return. Finally demanded them to send me return instructions and they sent me a China address. This dog bed came from Jamaica New York. Why do I need to send it to China? The shipping was more than the bed. Never buy from this company. It’s a scam. Letting my bank take care of it.
