Did not get confirmation upon ordering so I emailed and response was given promptly that there is a delay due to volume. Have received no follow up since. Have not received item yet and so emailed again to which I haven’t received a response. At this point, I would like a refund

It took over 30 days for the bed to arrive. The center of the bed has very little padding but the pictures show the padding in the middle to be about the same height as the edges. I would buy one that I could actually see next time. Somewhat disappointing advertising picture.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SITE. THE HASSLE OF SENDING ANYTHING BACK IS SO NOT WORTH IT!!!

Purchased a bed for our puppy and the quality was horrible. Stitching poorly done and the bed was unusually flat. Also not happy with the service as to send the defective bed back would have to be at my personal cost. Will not be recommending them or order for them again.

I was very disappointed with your product. $119 for a bed that has very little stuffing. My dog is pretty much sleeping on a piece of material. I found a much better bed at k-mart for $30. Wish I found it first before buying your bed. Very very dissatisfied.

I waited over a month for my pets new bed, and that was expected…but when I received a Turquoise bed instead of the Mint Green that I ordered, they said that I got the right bed color as it was a 2 step color process, and that I could return it for a refund but stated the mail sometime looses the return and couldn’t guarantee their receiving possession ! With that threat I was forced to just keep the bed even though I have a Turquoise Bed already! Oh but they did promise a 15% refund??? AWFUL customer service with bait & switch tactics!
