Very disappointed. The bed in the ad looked very fluffy and full. I ordered the largest bed as we have a greyhound who needs a good deal of cushioning in his bed, which the ad showed. To my astonishment, it arrived in an envelope that looked like it might contain a small sweater or shirt. For over $100, I definitely expected to receive something much more substantial than the flat blanket-like “bed” that we got.

Took way to long to arrive- came cheap from china.

Ich brauche nicht noch einmal zu wiederholen, was meine Erfahrung mit dieser Betrugsfirma ist, diese wurde unten in den Bewertungen schon 1 : 1 wiedergegeben. Schlechte Ware, die den Werbefotos in keiner Weise entspricht. Das Paket so klein, dass beim Ansehen schon klar ist, dass da kein Hundebett reinpasst. Ich habe das Bett sofort reklamiert und auf meine mehrfache Aufforderung, mir die Rücksendeadresse und Rücksendemodalitäten zuzusenden nur dämliche Standardantworten erhalten. Zum Glück ist dieser Schrott noch nicht bezahlt. Ich werde wohl rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Completely disappointed with these beds, there is barely any cushioning, you can feel the ground straight through them, they are flat, not usable at all. They are definitely not the same product that was in the website picture. The size and material of the beds is good and as pictured, that’s unfortunately where it ends.

Worst customer service ever. Have made multiple attempts to contact to return item with no response. It was not the quality expected. Disappointed with item and company. Have never purchased an item on Good Morning America deals and steals and been disappointed. This one has certainly been a disappointment

It took a month to get here. Nobody would respond to me for weeks. It was a awful experience. Then the excuse it was delayed because of Covid, which is ridiculous. I asked for at least three weeks to refund my money. Nobody would respond and it was not shipped. Taking one full month to get here is unacceptable. Leider absolut schlechte Qualität des Hundebettchens. Es ist Billigware aus China. Bei Ankunft ist das Kistchen vakuumiert und muss erstmal gelockert werden. Das Innenleben ist billigstes Kissenfüllmaterial, welches nach dem ersten Waschgang vermutlich als Klumpen in der Hülle liegt. Die Hülle selbst ist auch von sehr geringer Qualität und hält einem etwas lebhafterem Hund, der Nestchen bauen ernst nimmt, vermutlich keine drei Monate stand. Alles in allem ist es mit Sicherheit das Geld nicht wert. Schade! Hatte mich sehr auf das Bettchen für meinen Vierbeiner gefreut gehabt, weil es auf den Bildern echt kuschelig aussieht. Aber: setzen, 6. Man sollte vorher auch mal nachkucken und sich hinterfragen, wo und wie die Bewertungen auf die Seite von Mr. Fluffyfriend kommen. Man kann auf der Homepage nämlich gar keine Bewertungen abgeben. Warum wohl?

The bed looks comfy, but I ordered it (them— I got two), using the suggestions for size based on my dog’s weight. They are unusable due to being so small— they would fit my cat more than my 40 pound dog. I’m disappointed. I was really looking forward to this for my dog.
