MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Not sure why my review was removed I purchased this product it was damaged out of the bag and not at all what was pictured the company pretended to help by sending German language emails I assume this is so they can have poor reviews removed by saying they tried to help. Do not purchase this these are a scam and look nothing like the pictures on news sites where you probably found them on to begin with. These are a poor product with huge advertising budget. Stick to buying your dog beds in person let my mistake be your free lesson

Ordered a dog bed from there and haven’t receive three months later. Every time I contact them they state it’s in transit and apologise for delays. Absolutely shocking. Have now received the bed, it took four weeks after many excuses for the delay, was given two tracking number both of which didn’t work or show tracking details. The bed is terrible. For $120 it’s not worth it. Material is soft, but it has almost NO padding in the base and what padding it does have moves around. Not good quality at all.

Sadly, very disappointed with the dog beds. Ordered two (for large dogs), when I received the first one (they arrived separately), I immediately e-mailed them of my disappointment and desire to return the bed. I was offered a discount to keep it. I replied that I would rather return it. Was offered another discount and the instructions for return if I wanted. This is impossible. You have to return it to China, not to NJ where it was shipped from. The cost is exorbitant... almost as much as the bed cost. They will not refund return shipping. They will refund original shipping costs, however it was free shipping. You must also have it in it's original packaging - which was vacuum packed with what appears to be an entire roll of tape wound around it. You have to provide tracking numbers, enclose certain paperwork, e-mail them....and thirty days to do it (when it took me ten days to find the email info). Needless to say...poor review.

not near enough padding

Bed was nothing like what was presented in ads or pictures. There is very little stuffing. The bed I ordered was XL but what I received was small and not a XL bed.

Dog will not use it and I got a small one It should be large .Total waste of money

Poor value for money
