Our dog sofas are vacuum-packed for shipping and may require some additional fluffing to redistribute the filling evenly and regain their intended shape. Sometimes pets simply need a little time to become comfortable with a new sleeping spot, so we hope your German Shepherd gives it another try soon! 🐾
