Do not order from this website. The dog bed I received looks nothing like the website. It is the cheapest looking bed I have ever seen. The sides don’t stand up and there is no padding in the base so the dog may as well lie on the floor. The website says you can return it in 30 days. What they fail to tell you is that you have to return it to China which costs £27.

Delivery was due 23/09/2022 No parcel received yet on 04/10/2022 Sent an email and automated reply stated there would be follow up within 24 hours — same not done

Mal sehen, was noch kommt. Bei Problemen werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten. Diese Firma ist mir äußerst suspekt!

A new bed finally showed up for me…it took a lot time to arrive. When it was removed from its tiny package, the bed smelled so bad that I didn’t want to use it. The cover is not removable so it is hard to wash unless you go to a laundromat with a big washer. There’s not much stuffing in the bed so I feel that it does not live up to the fluffy name. I think I’ll keep using my old bed.

Horrible product. Return policy fraudulent. Product comes from NJ by USPS. You have to return it to China for refund. It costs more to send it back than it’s worth. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I never received my item

The beds look nothing like the picture. The XL is more of a medium sized bed and does not fit my very large adult German shepherd. It also does not provide much cushion and is very lumpy. The dogs do not like it and will not use it.
