I bought 2 expensive dogs beds, 1 small and one extra large It took a month to be delivered The Extra large bed looks more like a medium size and my dog can’t fit in properly After waiting a month to get them I thought it will be such hard work to send it back so I didn’t I’m not happy as for the price and what I got and that it took so long, I won’t be buying anything else from them The photo they have on website has nothing to do with what they send you!

Worst service ever, I bought 2 dog beds 9/2 only one has been delivered the other customer service keeps asking to wait even more time for delivery... Purchases are paid in advance of service they will not refund for the other bed that has not been delivered they have not provided any resolution save keeping my money and recycled excuses as to why this has not been resolved nor have they provided accurate information using other purchaser information to attempt to claim delivery. Which has not happened so I am disputing charges with my bank just to get my money returned for the bed that was never delivered. I will never purchase again, Buyer beware of this company

Product did not arrive for one month. Received non working tracking number. After I asked for the refund, magically it arrived. The product is so thin and so different than the one in the picture.

I received the incorrect size of MrFluffy anti anxiety pet pillow and would like to send it back and get the correct size. I received a small size and need a large size.

Nothing like it was shown in the photos. Under filled, offers no support at all. I feel I was conned.

The product is definitely not what the picture looks like. The quality is inferior and alot smaller than pictured
