First off - it took almost five weeks to receive. I was told it normally takes 7-21 days. I ordered the same bed about a year ago for my smaller dog and Bonnie really loves it. The latest one I ordered seems to of gone down in quality... Not as firm and fluffy. My boyfriend's rescued Pit Bull has anxiety issues and within one minute was able to shred one-third of the bed. Trying to put stuffing back in and repair the tear.

Did not need two beds and the extra one is too small for anything larger then a kitten.

The product of the smaller bed; unfortunately was described as larger. It is extremely small; wrote them & asked for it to be replaced with medium size. Got absolutely no response..?

From the description we expected it to be more cushion like but in reality it just a fluffy doughnut just like all other dog beds of this type. Disappointing and overpriced

I think there is a huge amount of publicity about this product on every webpage you look at, and they pretend massive reductions and short-term offers that I really don’t believe are genuine. We were sucked in and paid €80 for what is maybe a €30 bed. Reading other reviews,there’s clearly a massive issue with the sizing, luckily we bought the biggest for our 28 kg catalan sheep dog and it could not afford to have been any smaller. It looks pleasant, as in the picture, and the base of our bed is thick enough for our dogs needs, they clearly wasn’t for others. What alarms me is that I had no information following placing the order, even though I asked for a tracking number it did not come for a long time after order, yet they took my money immediately upon order. When I tried to cancel the order just five days after placing it, without receiving any information, or replies to my questions regarding delivery, they said it was too late. I don’t think they behaved honourably and I was not happy. It took maybe three weeks to arrive and did not come in time for Christmas. Probably not the fault of the product, but my dog has yet to go in it Despite being enticed… I would not recommend this product because I think it is desperately overpriced and perhaps dishonestly advertised. I certainly wished I’d shopped around a lot more, and read reviews on other websites.

Took ages to arrive and was vac packed and I’m sure I chose pale grey but it is dark blue and white

Took about 4 weeks before delivered. Apparently, delivered from New Zealand. ? Packaging had Asain characters on it. Thought it was made in America. Ordered a bright red, received burgundy. Not quite a big as I thought I had ordered. Ben is about 60lbs and sorta fits. Just not happy with the overall product. Not at all what the pictures and site showed. Ben is ok with it as well.

Rec’d my mr fluffy friend order of an XL bed today and although the bed looks nice, I’m really disappointed at the weight/density of the bed itself. There’s not enough filling in it to actually lift my 50 lb border collie off the ground, never mind hold it’s head a little higher on the edges so as to benefit her posture. It feels like two pieces of fluffy material sewn together It’s disheartening to fall for the slick marketing of a product of such poor quality. To add insult to injury, the same bed I just received has now been put on sale for almost 50 off the price I paid. People who work for companies who dupe consumers like this should be ashamed of themselves.
